The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of a passionate and experienced barista to join their team on a full-time basis.
Tasks & responsibilities:
-Ensure production of coffee is kept to a high standard;
-ensure training of new baristas;
-delegate staff on the coffee machine during busy services;
-help improve cold drinks and soft serve recipes;
-stock control and order stock for the café/kiosk alongside venue manager;
-take steps to improve efficiency of the café/kiosk;
-create opening and closing procedure schedule;
-create and enforce deep clean schedule for the cafe/kiosk;
-be responsible for organisation and styling/presentation of cafe/kiosk;
-ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines;
-comply with all reasonable requests to perform any additional duties from the management.
Remuneration: $65,000 - $70,000 per year + superannuation

This is a full-time position in Busselton. Therefore, suitable candidates are expected to live in the Southwest of WA region.
